REALTALK was born over the last 20 years by Dr. Conrad, as a professor, consultant, service provider, and Christian Minister targeting small groups, have spent passionate classroom hours teaching, educating, mentoring, and coaching, undergraduates, graduates, and vocational student learners in strategic management, business modeling, learning and development, leadership, personal finance, real estate, mortgages, accounting, emotional healthy relationships, bible studies, and many others specialized courses. As a consultant he has engaged in business development for small businesses and start-ups. As a researcher in business practices and human development with over 500+ coaching encounters and interpretation of behavior provided guidance in talent development, leadership development, and navigating through challenges in individual and organizational cultural dynamics. As a community advocate and ordained minister since 2009 has engaged in coaching young adults and church members in discovering emotional healthy relationships, discovering unique talents, character building, and resilience through challenging situations. Advocating the importance of emotional competence for stronger and meaningful relationships. Teaching the basic principles of financial literacy for all. Advocating the building blocks of economic mobility. The culmination of such teaching and mentoring experiences, discussions, and dialogues, he has recognized a disparity in accessible knowledge in uninformed communities.
Dr. Conrad strongly believes there is a need to help and guide uninformed communities through socio-economic life cycle readiness and be prepared for the real world! “REALTALK” proven approach that influences and impacts values, ethics, and leadership, provides FREE Outreach "Workshop Series" rooted in applied social science, business principles, and theology.
